Fee and Registration

Fee:
The fee covers all instruction, program materials, Monday evening reception, Tuesday and Wednesday evening banquets, refreshment breaks and two luncheons. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

 The registration fees (pending funding support) are: 

Early Registration (on or before July 1)   $745
Registration (after July 1) $845
Early Student Registration Fee (must be full-time student or post-doc) on or before July 1 $495
Student Registration Fee (must be full-time student or post-doc) after July 1
$545

How to Register: 
You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization).  

Payment:
Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please review these step-by-step instructions (Adobe PDF forthcoming) for online registration.

Deadline: 
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on September 3, 2013. 

Confirmation: 
Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Refunds: 
If your request to withdraw is received by August 16, 2013, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $200 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal prior to August 1 or $350 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal after August 1. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
