Registration

The registration fee includes conference participation, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, lunches, the conference proceedings, and an industrial tour.
For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one author must complete registration before the early-bird deadline and should be present at the conference to present the paper.
One registration covers the presentation of one paper.
Payment details for the accompanying person will be published soon.
The accompanying person fee covers only the welcome reception and the gala dinner.
The number of places for the industry tour is limited. Registration to the tours is required to participate.
For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to confirm if you will attend the Welcome reception and the Closing reception.

OPEN ACCESS FEE

Authors interested in making their accepted papers freely available to the public will have the opportunity to publish them in Open Access format by paying an additional fee. This option is available only for those authors who will pay the Early-bird Registration fee. For more information, please contact the organizers. These papers will appear in the conference proceedings, with the same scientific value and visibility as regular publications.
