Presenters are allotted 17 minutes’ total presentation time where 12 minutes are dedicated to the talk itself and 5 minutes remain for questions and discussion. In order to synchronize all parallel sessions, session chairs have been instructed to retain a strict control of this schedule. This allow participants to move from one session to another without missing anything of each presentation.
Talks are presented using a data projector. The preferred file type for presentations is Microsoft Power Point (.pptx-Format recommended). Presenters may also use presentations in PDF-format. All presenters were instructed to bring their presentation on a USB memory stick. Presenters will not be allowed to connect their own computers to the projectors.
All presenters are self-responsible for the correct display of their presentations. We recommend to test the content before presentation.
