General Information
A number of hotel rooms at preferential rates has been reserved in Bergamo for APMS 2026 delegates*.
Starting from the official launch of our registration platform, rooms will be available for reservation at fixed prices. These rates will remain guaranteed until July 31, 2026, or until all available rooms have been booked, whichever comes first.
Suggested hotels and other accomodation facilities are located in different districts of Bergamo but generally well connected to the Conference venue.
The tourist tax in the City of Bergamo is calculated as 7% of the accommodation cost per night (including breakfast if applicable, excluding VAT and any extra services), with a maximum of €5.00 per person per night. The cost of the city tax is not included in the final rate, to be paid at checkout. The tax is applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
*Plenary, keynote speakers and invited faculty: you will receive dedicated information from the organising committee for hotel reservations.
Partner Hotel
The Organizing Secretariat has secured special rates for the APMS 2026 edition. Room reservations are first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
All rates below are per night per room, including buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi (plus additional possible amenties guaranteed by the specific property). City tax is not included in the daily rate and will be paid directly by the guest upon check-out.
All listed hotels can be booked directly during the congress registration phase through the dedicated platform.
For bank transfer payments, a 5-day deadline is in place, and receipt copies must be emailed to apms2026@promoest.com, or the hotel reservation won’t be guaranteed.
