Submissions of full papers : March 30 April 10, 2018

Submissions of  Ph. D. research proposals : March 30, April 10, April 20, 2018

Please note that you have to create a new account for submission regardless of the past conferences.

*The deadlines of full papers and Ph. D. research proposals are extended.

The suggested page limit is 6 pages. The main reason to reduce the page limit to 6 page is that most authors want to submit their extended version to special issues or other journals after conference. However, we allow papers up to 8 pages. Please note the instructions for the special issues which strictly asks that “extended and improved versions of conference papers (at least 50% of new results should be presented, the text cannot be the same even for the first 50% with reused results,  the same requirements for figures, tables, etc no the same as in the proceedings)”

Formats of Full Papers

Instructions for authors who use Microsoft Word and Latex are provided. More specific details on the formats of full papers are described in  “AUTHOR GUIDELINES (pdf)” provided by Springer. We highly recommend authors to strictly follow the formats because of publication issues. The file can be downloaded on this page or in the Springer website. The links are as follows:

For the sake of authors, Springer has provided Microsoft Word and Latex templates. This conference prefers Microsoft Word templates, but Latex templates are also acceptable.

Authors who prefer Word templates can download “Microsoft Word Proceedings Templates (zip)”. Authors who prefer Latex templates can download “Latex2e Proceedings Templates (zip)”.
